New brand identity for Unbranded, a digital marketing company. The brief included a logo design and a business card.
This client wanted something very simple and modern with a quirky edge that hinted on the nature of the business. Digital leaves connotations of technology so this concept uses negative space to form the ‘e’ in the brand name but also creates the shape of a plug. The plug is out of the socket in this case, again hinting on something unfinished or 'unbranded'.
The client wanted the colours to be monochrome and we used spot gloss on the face of the business cards to put a faint watermark on the background for a real hi-end finish.
