How Data is Collected?
When you place an order with Studio Campbell, I will ask you for and will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number (if you wish to provide this), date/s and venue/s of your wedding or event. Only Studio Campbell has access to this information.
If you are unwilling to share this information with Studio Campbell then I am afraid I will be unable to accept your order.
The printing companies Studio Campbell use all adhere to the GDPR and each have up to date privacy policies. The printer companies will only view artwork, therefore they will only have access to the information you give Studio Campbell permission to use on your design. Your printed order is always sent directly from Studio Campbell therefore your address is kept private. Should it ever be sent from another company for urgent reasons then you will have to provide written permission for this. This information can be deleted from the Studio Campbell computer system at any time. You can request this to be removed at any time by email.
Use of Cookies
This website uses cookies to better the user's experience while visiting the website. As required by legislation, where applicable this website uses a cookie control system, allowing the user to give explicit permission or to deny the use of /saving of cookies on their computer/device.
Cookies are small files saved to the user’s computer hard drive that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website. Users contacting us through this website do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. When making an enquiry, the data is collected via the contact form of my website which is provided by Wix and sent to me directly via email where it is stored in a folder for enquiries. How Data is Stored
Studio Campbell will retain the information that you provide for as long as it is needed to administer the relationship I have with you and for the purposes for which it was originally intended. All data held is protected using up to date industry standard procedures to keep it safe and secure and to prevent loss or unauthorised access. In some cases, I will need to retain your details to meet legal requirements, such as the records I am required by law to keep regarding shipping. When I do not require your information any more, it will be disposed of securely.
If you have ordered wedding invitations from me that include an address somewhere on the artwork, any prints are kept secure in my home office. Artwork files are stored on my password protected computer and backed up on a hard drive for safety.
Using Images of your Stationery
I like to keep the images and information on my site and social media channels up to date and so I take photos of most of the items that I make and I then may use these on my website collection pages, on my blogs or as part of my advertising campaigns or social media from time to time. You will be asked whether you agree to me using these images when you confirm your order by signing the Studio Campbell Terms and Conditions. This agreement is not assumed and, if you change your mind and would prefer that I do not photograph your item, please let me know via email.

Although we only look to include quality, safe and relevant external links, users are advised to adopt a policy of caution before clicking any external web links mentioned throughout this website. We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business conducts itself accordingly online.
