Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure you understand them before confirming your booking with Studio Campbell.

These Terms and Conditions will apply to any order for the sale of goods and services from Studio Campbell. By sending payment of your deposit you are confirming you agree to these Terms and Conditions, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Studio Campbell. Until payment has been received, acknowledging you accept these Terms and Conditions, Studio Campbell will not be able to supply goods or services to you.

All orders placed with Studio Campbell will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Studio Campbell reserves the right to cancel an order/booking at any stage should any of the Terms and Conditions not be adhered to.

BRANDING

​Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your design start date, links to any zoom consultations and any information required by you as the client before any design work can begin. It is important that you notify me immediately if you are unable to work to the schedule as any delay in supplying feedback, providing copy, sending payment or approving proofs/artwork will result in a delay to the production of your booking.

I aim to complete orders as soon as possible but as a guide please allow 2 - 3 weeks from your design start date to receiving your completed brand identity package. 
Tighter timescales can be achieved but this may incur a rush fee. Please mention your timescale at your initial enquiry.

All brand identity designs are created by Studio Campbell. On occasion stock images may be provided and if an additional cost is due this will be discussed.

Due to licensing, no fonts are provided as part of your brand package but you will be informed of where you can purchase these from with the license you require.

WEDDINGS

Studio Campbell aims to complete orders as soon as possible but as a guide please allow the following timelines for orders:

Bespoke design turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the design and print finish. It is advised that for a bespoke design you place your order at least 3 – 4 months before you wish to send out your save the dates or invitations. The design process takes approximately 9 – 10 weeks but can be more during busy periods.

Wedding day stationery – depending on the number of items to design and the finish it is advised that all wedding day stationery
is ordered no later than 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. I aim to have orders delivered no later than 1 week prior to the wedding date but this is only possible where enough notice has been provided and the required information/feedback has been provided on time.

BRANDING

​All prices are as per the website or as quoted separately and are to be paid in pounds sterling by bank transfer or Paypal. Payment details will be provided on the invoice sent by Studio Campbell.

Until the initial payment has been received your booking will not be confirmed with Studio Campbell.

I cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery of your design packages, images or printed stationery as a result of late payment.


WEDDINGS

Upon approval of the quote sent by Studio Campbell a non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required before any design work can begin. An invoice for the deposit will be sent by Studio Campbell.

All quotes are valid for 30 days and Studio Campbell cannot be held responsible for any price increases due to supplier costs increasing.

Once final proofs have been approved the remainder of the balance will be due before printing will begin.



printed stationery & collateral

All printed stationery designs will be designed and a proof will be provided for you to approve. No files are sent to print until the design has been approved via email and any final payments have been made.

​The utmost care will be taken when packaging printed goods for delivery. Orders will be sent by a signed for courier or Royal Mail service. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address and details are correct when placing an order. I cannot be held responsible for any orders delivered to wrong addresses/not delivered due to an incorrect address being provided. If a new order is required to be resent the full amount will be due before this can be sent out to you. 

 

proofs & artwork
 

Digital proofs will be sent via email, unless specifically requested. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with type errors and subsequently printed Studio Campbell takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required, then they will be charged for in full. It is therefore of the upmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs.

Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from printed colour, each screen is calibrated differently and this is particularly noticeable on mobile devices. Please bear in mind that printers also vary and that your final stationery will be printed on the highest quality professional printers therefore the colours may differ slightly.

changes to terms & conditions

The Studio Campbell website may be updated from time to time as my business changes and evolves. This can include the content included in my packages as well as pricing. These terms may also be updated occasionally. It is important this page is checked before placing your booking. 

These Terms and Conditions are between you and Studio Campbell. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in relation to them) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
