THE MAKING WAVES EXPERIENCE

Though every client's expectation is different with varying creative solutions,

all my branding clients go through the same initial design process.

Enquiry Form

Fill out the form on our contact page.

I want to know everything there is to know about your business so give me all the details!

We'll go over things in a lot more detail during our Discovery Call but this will help me get a better understanding of your requirements.

Proposal, Deposit & Contract

I'll review your brief and timeframe and send you a proposal with deliverables, schedule and T&Cs.

Once you're happy we'll secure the booking with a deposit and contract.

50% of the amount is requested upon booking and the rest will be invoiced at the end of the job.

3.

Discovery Call

Once booked in we'll have a Brand Discovery Call so I can get to know all about your brand in more depth. This is my chance to ask you any further questions about your business, look at your target audience and hear about your future aspirations.

I want to know everything from how the business started, what inspires you and what makes you unique in your industry!

4.

Moodboard

I'll take all the information I've gathered, and begin researching your industry to understand your market and immerse myself in your world. I'll create a moodboard with a colour palette, typography styles and imagery to show you my ideas of how I think your branding should look.

Creative Process

You're buzzing with the mood board so now the creative process can begin. This is the fun part! Watch your vision come to life!

I'll present you with a visual identity concept including a primary logo and submark.

(extra assets are an additional cost)

Refinements

You'll have the opportunity to make two rounds of refinements to your design concept (any further amends will be charged accordingly).

During this stage, I'll provide you with a  showcase of mock-ups to show you how your branding could work in a 'real-life' scenario. This helps you to visualise how your new branding could work on signage or packaging, etc.

Final Invoice & Brand Files

You're in love with your new branding and can't wait to show it off to the world. The final balance is invoiced and I'll begin to package your files up for sending over. You'll receive a packaged folder of all the brand files you'll need for your print and web projects via a downloadable email link.

Brand Guidelines

Your brand package will also contain your brand style guide. This document is your brand bible which contains all your colour values, typeface names and how your logos should be used. You'll want to keep this in a safe place.
